He is also currently the first-choice goalkeeper for the Brazilian national team, having won 53 international caps.
In 2009, IFFHS named him as the third best goalkeeper in the world, behind only Iker Casillas and Gianluigi Buffon. He was also awarded the Serie A Goalkeeper of the Year title in 2009, ahead of Buffon of Juventus and Federico Marchetti of Cagliari. He was nominated for the 2009 Ballon d'Or and was voted into 21st place; Casillas was the only other goalkeeper nominated
Edwin van der Sar (born 29 October 1970) is a Dutch footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for English club Manchester United. He is the most capped player in the Netherlands national football team's history.
Van der Sar started his senior career with Ajax and remained there for nine years before moving to Italian club Juventus and then to England, first to Fulham and then to Manchester United. He is one of the few footballers to have won the UEFA Champions League with two different teams, having won it with Ajax in 1995 and Manchester United in 2008, the latter where he was named UEFA Man of the match; he also won the UEFA Cup with Ajax in 1992. Van der Sar was named Best European Goalkeeper in 1995 and 2009, spanning the fourteen-year period between his first and second Champions league victories.
Petr Čech (born 20 May 1982) is a Czech footballer who plays for Chelsea and the Czech Republic as a goalkeeper, for whom he has played since July 2004. Petr Čech has previously played for Viktoria Plzeň, Chmel Blšany, Sparta Prague, and Rennes. He was voted into the all-star team of Euro 2004 after helping his country reach the semi-finals. Čech also received the individual award of Best Goalkeeper in the 2004/2005, 2006/2007 and 2007/2008 seasons of the UEFA Champions League. In addition, he was named in the FIFPro and UEFA Champions League teams of the season in 2006.
He currently holds the Premiership record for fewest appearances required to reach 100 clean sheets, having done so in 180 league appearances. He also holds a Czech professional league record of not conceding a goal in 855 competitive minutes (he previously held a record for the most clean sheets accomplished in a single Premier League season (25), set during Chelsea’s 2004–05 title-winning campaign). He also has a club record at his former team Sparta Prague, having gone 928 minutes unbeaten in all competitions in 2001–2002, when his unbeaten run in Czech league competition was combined with his performances in the UEFA Champions League. During the 2004–05 season, Čech went 1,025 minutes without conceding a goal — a former Premier League record until it was surpassed by Edwin van der Sar of Manchester United on 27 January 2009. Čech also won the Barclays Golden Gloves in both the 2004/2005 and 2009/2010 seasons

In 2010, he led Spain to their first ever FIFA World Cup and won the Golden Glove for the tournament's best goalkeeper.

He was nominated for the European Footballer of the Year award twice, ranking fourth overall in 2008 and continuing to be the highest-ranked goalkeeper again in 2009. At the end of 2009 he was voted into the UEFA Team of the Year for the third consecutive time. As of July 2010 Casillas is one of a very select group of players who have won all major club and national championship titles. In 2010, he was awarded with the Sports Prince of Asturias Award. On 19 October 2010, Casillas became the most capped goalkeeper of all time in the UEFA Champions League

Famous Sports Persons with BaldHead
1.Andre Kirk Agassi -Tennis( born April 29, 1970) is a retired American professional tennis player and former World No. 1. Generally considered by critics and fellow players to be one of the greatest tennis players of all time, Agassi has been called the best service returner in the history of the game.
In singles tennis, Agassi is the only male player of the Open Era to achieve a Career Super Slam; winning all four Grand Slam tournaments, the Olympic gold medal in singles, and the ATP Tour World Championships. He is the first of two male players (with Rafael Nadal) in history to have achieved a singles Career Golden Slam, and, along with Rod Laver, Don Budge, Fred Perry, Roy Emerson, Roger Federer and Nadal, one of seven men to have achieved a Career Grand Slam—one of four (with Laver, Federer and Nadal) since the beginning of the Open Era. He won eight Grand Slam singles tournaments in fifteen Grand Slam final appearances. He also won seventeen ATP Masters Series tournaments, a record from 2004-2010. He won the 1990 ATP Tour World Championships and was part of a winning Davis Cup team in 1990 and 1992. Agassi is the last American to win the French Open (1999) and the Australian Open (2003).
After suffering from sciatica caused by two bulging discs in his back, a spondylolisthesis (vertebral displacement) and a bone spur that interfered with the nerve, Agassi retired from professional tennis on September 3, 2006, after losing in the third round of the US Open. He is the founder of the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation, which has raised over $60 million for at-risk children in Southern Nevada. In 2001, the Foundation opened the Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy in Las Vegas, a K-12 public charter school for at-risk children. Described by the BBC upon his retirement as "perhaps the biggest worldwide star in the sport's history", Agassi's performances, along with his unorthodox apparel and attitude, have seen him cited as one of the most charismatic players in the history of the game, and credited for helping revive the popularity of tennis during the 1990s. He is married to retired professional tennis player Steffi Graf.
2.Virender Sehwag -Cricketer born 20 October 1978, in Delhi, India, affectionately known as Viru, is one of the leading batsmen in the Indian cricket team. Sehwag is an aggressive right-handed opening batsman and an occasional right-arm off-spin bowler. He played his first One Day International in 1999 and joined the Indian Test cricket team in 2001. In April 2009, Sehwag became the only Indian to be honored as the Wisden Leading Cricketer in the World for his performance in 2008, subsequently becoming the first player of any nationality to retain the award for 2009.
Sehwag holds multiple records including the highest score made by an Indian in Test cricket (319), which was also the fastest triple century in the history of international cricket (reached 300 off only 278 balls) as well as the fastest 250 by any batsman (in 207 balls against Sri Lanka on 3 December 2009 at the Brabourne stadium in Mumbai). Sehwag also holds the distinction of being one of three batsmen in the world to have ever surpassed 300 twice in Test cricket, and the only one to score two triple centuries and take a five-wicket innings haul. In March 2009, Sehwag smashed the fastest century ever scored by an Indian in ODI cricket, from 60 balls.
Sehwag was appointed as vice-captain of the Indian team under Rahul Dravid in October 2005 but due to poor form, he was later replaced by V. V. S. Laxman in December 2006 as Test vice-captain. In January 2007, Sehwag was dropped from the ODI team and later from the Test team as well. During his term as vice-captain, Sehwag skippered the team in place of injured Dravid in 2 ODIs and 1 Test. Following his return to form in 2008 and the retirement of Anil Kumble, Sehwag has been reappointed as the vice-captain for both Tests and ODIs. By early 2009, Sehwag had reestablished himself as one of the best performing batsmen in ODI cricket

Digital Manipulation | Fashion Industry

The fashion industry is tarnish for it’s heavy-handed use of digital manipulation software, and has fallen under denigration for introducing ‘false images’ into the mainstream and passing them off as real. Industry big-wigs are continually blamed for intentionally misleading consumers by creating false impressions with their products, and more severely, for perpetuating unhealthy body images by ‘slimming down’ their models and concealing their imperfections.
In the last two years alone, magazines and designers alike have come under fire for this exact offense. The most recent breach has been the Crystal Renn argument. Renn is currently the most sought after plus-sized model in the industry; she famously battled anorexia before taking control of her health and speaking out against the unhealthy expectations of models in fashion and the practices that perpetuated her bad choices.
Earlier this year, Renn posed for a Fashion for Passion spread in French Vogue shot by photographer Nicholas Routzen. When the photos were released, however, Renn appeared to be a slender size 2 instead of the voluptuous size 10 that she has become known for.

- The Perfect Suit. Choose a jacket with small pads to define your shoulders and a waist that is slightly fitted to give you a womanly curve. Pants with a flat front and slightly-flared legs will minimize the tummy and create a longer, leaner look. A-line skirts offer good camouflage for fuller hips and thighs; skirt lengths that hit at or just below the knee flatter most figures.
- Keep It Monochromatic. Wearing the same color from head to toe creates the illusion of one long, unbroken line, making you appear slimmer. Think neutrals: black, camel, cream, dark brown.
- Skim, Not Skin. Clothing should skim your curves, so look for fabrics that drape in a flattering way. Heavy fabrics will hide your shape, while super-sheer fabrics and spandex reveal a little too much. Knitwear line Ming Wang is a perfect wrinkle-free and shape-retentive clothing option.

'What was good about going away it was the first time that I got to stop since my mum had passed. I had never stopped and never tried to even soak in what all had happened. It was the first time I had stopped since I had made it. Since I had started,' he said.
'For your whole world to totally crash off of a moment of sincerity or alcohol or whatever it is,' he said while appearing on the Ellen DeGeneres show. All about Favorite fashion apps!
It is incredulous that the consumers by year 2015 will download 25 billion mobile apps to their smart phones. A recent survey by YouGov and Lady Geek has proved that even amongst 18-24 year olds, women were nearly twice as likely to never have downloaded a single app, compared with their male counterparts. That’s right, not a single app. hangs head in shame.
It is going to change and Grazia Daily may be about to change all that. We will soon be launching a weekly online fashion series of Lady Geek’s The App Show hosted by our very own Web Editor Angela Buttolph, who will be showcasing the hottest beauty/fashion/designer/shopping and style apps on offer, and trying them out to decide which the best are and whether they are worth downloading.

'Mad Men' Designers – It's All About 'Shapewear'

"But the real story is Red State America ’s reserved fascination with sex that lashes out at any leaving from an Ozzie and Harriet dream world at the same time it forces the desires of its own representatives into the shattering contortions entailed by the closet."
This is from one of the best spy thriller novels I’ve ever read. Banquo’s Ghosts was written in 2009 by Rich Lowry and Keith Korman for Vanguard Press. I don’t know these guys but what have they done for us lately. Hey, fellas, how about a new book?
I’ll be using more quotes from Banquo’s Ghosts in the future.
Also from Gossip Girl -- Sean Connery: Too old to travel to court... The Oscars – Still the real deal in awards shows.

In the meantime, she loses all her extra weight and keeps choosing models for "America 's Top Model" who are size zero.

RetroFittings Fashion Show
Obsessed with Project Runway and their challenges that have aspiring designers using garbage or grocery store finds to create ball gowns and swimsuits? Well, the fashion design kids from UC’s DAAP program were put to this test for the eighth annual RetroFittings Fashion Show.
Students were given $10 to spend at a St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store. From curtains and clothes to bed sheets and tablecloths, these students made it work and created one-of-a-kind looks.
The Cincinnati Bengals' Dhani Jones will host the fundraising event Thursday. Known for his signature bow tie, the linebacker will design a custom bow tie to benefit St. Vincent de Paul as part of his “Bow Ties for a Cause” program.
RetroFittings will also feature a boutique stocked with vintage and high-end accessories found at St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Stores, a VIP section, a live action, raffle, light food and a cash bar. The fashion show takes place at 6 p.m. at the Hilton Netherland Plaza Hall of Mirrors downtown.
